I beg to differ that the buying experience should be exciting and a very happy experience. For some people this could be there first time ever owning a new car or the 10th time. It still should be a good experience not intimidating. The closing sales team took advantage of me even after questioning them on the purchase price, insisting that was the lease price before any added warranties. Instead of handling it in a professional way and provide me with all the paperwork that I requested, they have chosen to ignore it. Buyer Beware.
