I am a new customer and was able to get an early appointment in an emergency. Eric was competent, professional and funny & the cashier (who made the appointment Saturday) was sympathetic. Eric also knew my car, the 10 year old CMax SEL hybrid with which even other Ford dealers have been unfamiliar. I am proud of my union-made hybrid. When it reaches the end of its life I would consider getting my next car at Wayne Akers because of the super service. Eric listened to my problem, asked relevant questions (“was this diagnosed”), did some quick research & moved me to the front of the line. He provided clear explanation (why dealer doesn’t usually install customer-provided parts), but understood my dilemma, and my need to get to Massachusetts and my 89 year old mom. The job was finished per the estimate, while I waited. Eric was interested —and interesting —about the unusual problem, a broken linkage to the driver side wiper motor. (Broken in a high wind). The part was on back order with no delivery expected and I had to call all over the country to find a part my brother picked up in person and shipped from NY state. Eric was enthusiastic at the end of the job, and apologized for being a little grumpy in the early am- that’s when he explained customer parts are often a nightmare.
