Service crew needs to be more thorough when inspecting vehicles, went in for a noise when stepping the breaks, service tech advised to replace the front breaks, after leaving the service center the noise vehicles, went in for a noise when stepping the breaks, service tech advised to replace the front breaks, after leaving the service center the noise continued and it sounds that is coming from the rear right wheel. So again, tech need to inspect the vehicle better so we can all be safe at the end of the day. More

I arrived at Wayne Akers Ford by my 11 AM appointment time on 8/12/21. Normally, service is a 1-hour wait. This time, I was told it would be a 2-hour wait. I said I'll take the shuttle. I was told by time on 8/12/21. Normally, service is a 1-hour wait. This time, I was told it would be a 2-hour wait. I said I'll take the shuttle. I was told by the attendant Michael he would see what he could do to shorten the wait time, But instead of 2-hours it took 2:26 minutes.....that was with an appointment! And I thought I would be out of there in 1 hour! & never came back to tell me it would be over a 2-hour wait. More
