I arrived at Wayne Akers Ford by my 11 AM appointment time on 8/12/21. Normally, service is a 1-hour wait. This time, I was told it would be a 2-hour wait. I said I'll take the shuttle. I was told by time on 8/12/21. Normally, service is a 1-hour wait. This time, I was told it would be a 2-hour wait. I said I'll take the shuttle. I was told by the attendant Michael he would see what he could do to shorten the wait time, But instead of 2-hours it took 2:26 minutes.....that was with an appointment! And I thought I would be out of there in 1 hour! & never came back to tell me it would be over a 2-hour wait. More
