I have no problem with the service advisor, Skylar. She communicated everything clearly and was a pleasure to deal with. I don’t have a problem with the techs either, they finished 3 recalls, an oil ch She communicated everything clearly and was a pleasure to deal with. I don’t have a problem with the techs either, they finished 3 recalls, an oil change, tire rotation, and inspection in a timely manner. My issue is I was charged $180 for them to perform updates on my truck. An hour and a half of labor to click a few buttons is absurd, especially when it’s something I could do in my driveway in 5 minutes (besides the update itself). I understand it’s like saying I can change my own oil, but I also realize I must buy the parts and do the work myself. Performing an update doesn’t even require a lift, so for all I know the truck could be outside while the tech performs other work on other vehicles. I used to work at a car dealership in the service department and I can honestly say in my 2-3 years working there we never charged someone for an update. $180 to push a few buttons to update the truck is ridiculous in my opinion. I’m also glad I perform my own maintenance because it gave me the knowledge to reset my oil life after it wasn’t done at the dealership. I’m sure it was a simple mistake or forgetful error, but small details like that lead me to question the attention to detail of the dealership. Other than recalls or warranty work, I’m questioning my willingness to return here for service and will most likely go back to performing my own maintenance. More

I’m very pleased with the service from Wayne Ford. I’ve been unfortunately cursed with a problem vehicle so I’ve used their services many times and have never been disappointed!
