I took my vehicle for service and repairs and NONE OF THE REPAIRS WERE MADE, the attitude of the people in charge of assisting me was the worst I have ever experienced (except for the shop manager). Turned out the CDF drum failed and the transmission needed to be replaced, under warranty. Skylar outlined the whole process; from the underwriter to the installation. She was upfront and spot on about the timelines to both source the new trans and install it. I had my truck back in 9 business days. I would like to thank the service technicians who performed all the work. They did a really nice job. The truck drives smooth with no additional rattles or noises. More
