Originally, I wasn’t going to write a review but this was truly the most disappointing dealership experience I’ve encountered due to the lack of professionalism & unethical behavior of the salesman who assis truly the most disappointing dealership experience I’ve encountered due to the lack of professionalism & unethical behavior of the salesman who assisted me during the purchasing process. I would strongly recommend doing thorough research before choosing this dealer. Jeffrey’s attitude and conduct were unacceptable, and I was particularly disappointed when I found out he negatively referred to me as ‘annoying’ via text message with the finance manager as I was present. This was disrespectful, unprofessional, and completely inappropriate when communicating regarding a potential customer purchasing for his daughter. His behavior demonstrated a lack of basic customer service, respect, and professionalism. I believe this dealership should hold its staff to a higher standard of conduct. Regardless of how a salesperson feels, speaking about a customer in this manner is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the overall buying experience & company. I hope management takes this feedback and addresses this type of behavior so other customers do not have a similar experience. More

My wife and I recently got a '27 Palisade Calligraphy Hybrid. We absolutely LOVE the truck. Afterwards I started working with Matt Lansang who just seems like a genuinely decent guy. I could tell how much he cared to go out of his way to make sure we got the best deal and had best buying experience possible. He didn't disappoint. Everything was smooth and easy and once we hit the dealership we were in and out in no time. While there was one hiccup (which happens from time to time) Simon over in Finance was very quick to rectify and make sure everything was ok. I would honestly send anybody I know whose thinking about getting a Hyundai over to Wayne. It was probably the easiest, quickest, and most "down to Earth" car buying experience I can remember having.
