I purchased a 2026 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy from this dealership. I informed the sales team that a nationwide stop-sale had been issued the day prior for a life-threatening power seat defect that had alr dealership. I informed the sales team that a nationwide stop-sale had been issued the day prior for a life-threatening power seat defect that had already resulted in a fatality. Despite being shown proof, the staff dismissed my concerns, joking that their "boss didn't send the notice," and incorrectly claimed the recall only applied to 2025 models or specific VINs. They proceeded to sell me the vehicle anyway. It was later confirmed that my vehicle was indeed subject to the stop-sale and was legally unsellable at the time of delivery. As a father, I am appalled that this dealership prioritized a sale over the safety of my children. I advise all buyers to verify their own safety data before trusting this team. More
