Terrible Experience – Dishonest Sales Tactics If I could give Wayne Hyundai zero stars, I would. I had an absolutely horrible experience dealing with Daniela P. and the entire dealership. I was lookin could give Wayne Hyundai zero stars, I would. I had an absolutely horrible experience dealing with Daniela P. and the entire dealership. I was looking for a 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe and was promised an amazing deal—20% off MSRP—because they supposedly had multiple models available. After being reassured that the deal was real, I scheduled an appointment. A few hours before my visit, I discovered that they never even had the vehicle in stock! When I confronted Daniela, she suddenly claimed she was “about to call me” because overnight, all six models magically disappeared. This was clearly a lie—she was just stringing me along to get me into the dealership under false pretenses. Classic bait-and-switch tactic. I brought this to the attention of the manager, Richard C., but he never even bothered to respond. Clearly, this kind of deception is standard practice at Wayne Hyundai. If they lie this easily just to get you in the door, imagine what kind of shady tactics they use when actually selling a car. Stay far away from this place. More

Had as great of an experience as was possible buying a new car from this dealership. Of all of the new cars we have purchased in our lifetime, this was by far the most painless experience.
