In my opinion it's not optimum to have an issue but its okay if it's resolved satisfactorily. I have confidence that they will. Despite it being so close to closing, Matt was incredibly welcoming, patient, and willing to help. He took the time to show me the car, answer all of my questions, and address all of my concerns without ever making me feel pressured or rushed. When I came back on Monday, Matt continued to be helpful, honest, and professional throughout the entire process. Buying a car can sometimes feel stressful, but he made the experience comfortable and easy from start to finish. It’s been about three weeks now, and I’m still very happy with my purchase.
