I was looking for Korean speaker sales rep so I went to Paramus Hyundai because I already know there are Korean sales reps at that dealer. I was comfortable because I was able to have conversation in Kor Paramus Hyundai because I already know there are Korean sales reps at that dealer. I was comfortable because I was able to have conversation in Korean however, the sale rep was too pushy and kind of rude. I didn't make the deal because I wanted to compare to other dealers, too. So my wife and I stopped by Wayne Hyundai and asked if there's any Korean speaker (we didn't even know they have Korean speaker rep). We met Mr. Lee at Wayne Hyundai and he is very polite, patient, knowledgeable, and made us feel very comfortable. Also, he tried hard to make the payment where wanted to be at. We were looking for 25 Tucson SEL because of our budget however he offered us a great deal on SEL con which has more features than sel. My wife loves it!! Also, after we signed all the papers he actually came out with us set up the bluetooth, explained about every features in the car, and answered all our questions and I never seen any sales rep do this after a customer purchased the car. It was a great experience at the dealer especially with Mr. Lee. I already start talking to my Korean friends about my experience with Mr. Lee. One thing I would recommend to dealer is they should update their website like Paramus Hyundai because there are a lot of Korean population certain areas in NJ and they don't know if there's Korean sales rep @ Wayne Hyundai.
