What impressed me the most was how Steve managed to keep my monthly payments about the same, even with the upgraded vehicle, an increased annual mileage allowance, and minimal upfront costs. He was transparent and candid throughout the whole process, making sure I was informed and comfortable with each step. I have had several Mazda leases, but this was my first time working with Wayne Mazda (specifically worked with Ash Choudury) and I if i could give him a 11/10 star i would. 1. Ash sat me down and listen time working with Wayne Mazda (specifically worked with Ash Choudury) and I if i could give him a 11/10 star i would. 1. Ash sat me down and listened to me. He did not sell me unnecessary products or features. 2. He did not waste my time (ex: i didn’t need to test drive the car. I was leasing the same car just a newer model). He heard these and moved on. 3. I wanted to see on paper a lease vs buy option with a couple different down payment options. He understood and said “give me 20 min”. Came back with both options printed in 3 tiers and also gave me several options of cars in his inventory ** this is important- previous dealerships were very stingy with their inventory, only offering me 1 or 2 cars to pick from, and never putting anything down in writing. One actually took my written notes from me and shredded them. The result: Ash sold me a lease in about an hour. And i walked away with exactly what i wanted: car, price, done. One trip. Yes i had done research prior. But i was prepared to have a horrible experience and this man converted me. Call Wayne Mazda. Make an appointment with Ash. He is lovely. More
