Stephen Zagoric sold me a new Mazda3 in 2018. I was very happy with his service. The process was excellent from the service he provided through the finance department. Recently in 2024 (6 years later) I contacted Stephen for an issue with my car that is no longer covered by warranty. Stephen gave me solid advice on fixing my navigation system for a fraction of the cost of having the entire system being upgraded by the service team. Most sales people are only concerned about selling cars. He was willing to put in the extra time to keep a customer happy well after the sale of the car.
