This dealership sent me a price on a specific car. Vin number and all. I made an appt. And went to meet on the sch. Day and time. I got there sat down with their salesmen and he informed me they did n Vin number and all. I made an appt. And went to meet on the sch. Day and time. I got there sat down with their salesmen and he informed me they did not have the car. To make it right he was going to give me the next package up at the same price. He came back 15 minutes later only to have the cost 4000 more. After we haggled I agreed to split the difference and pay 2000 more. When it came time to close the deal they informed me because they gave me a discount I was no longer eligable for their 2.9 percent financing. And wanted me to pay 8 percent. Even though I have excellent credit. They did nothing but lie the whole time through the process. Dishonest as they come. More

FEBRUARY 2023. .We purchased a car from Mazda Wayne NJ for our daughter. They made a huge mistake when they registered the car as well as pass down incorrect infor .We purchased a car from Mazda Wayne NJ for our daughter. They made a huge mistake when they registered the car as well as pass down incorrect information to the finance company and the NJ DMV.. The car we purchased was registered in the name of my deceased Father's name with the deceased driver's license and incorrect address. Incidentally he has the same name as myself. However, he is Senior and I am Jr. He passed away over 12 years ago. Mazda with the exception of one person has refused to help us fix this and have washed their hands. As a result of this my daughter has been pulled over twice by the police and received a warning and a ticket before we could even figure out that it was registered incorrectly. I do not recommend this dealer as they have not resolved the problem they caused. My daughter recently move into college and can not take her car with her. We are un able to register the vehicle because of all of the errors. We have been forced to get a lawyer to resolve this. We reach out to Mike Cesena who is the finance manager. We have yet to resolve this and he is missing in action. We purchased the car in February 2023 and are still can't get the dealership ship to correct this Erroneous issue. Mean while the car we purchased can not be driven or even insured until the error is fixed. More
