I initially went to Ramsey Mazda and Performance Mazda but decided to close my deal with James. I rate him 10/10!!!!! My father and I spoke to the Finance Manager, Michael Cesena. Michael had all the information displayed on his touchscreen table. There was a glare on his screen (his desk was right in front of a glass window and we did let him know that it was hard to see the screen). My father did not realize the package Michael was showing us was based on 63 months. My father assumed we were talking about 60 months since this is what we agreed to with the Salesman. My father asked Michael to clarify the loan terms. Michael responded with an attitude and said “I just explained it to you, you agreed to 63 months.” We let Michael know we wish to decline all of the coverages and he proceeded to tell us “you just wasted my time. I explained it to you multiple times.” He was VERY disrespectful and rude. He could’ve simply said “I’m sorry if there was a misunderstanding.” 0/10. My father was very interested in purchasing a new car as well (Mazda cx-30) and trade in his vehicle once I was done with my deal/paperwork. He did asked James and another salesman about a car that was displayed in the showroom. However, he decided not to due to Michael’s lack of professionalism. More
