Julian is very professional but most importantly he is genuine. He worked hard to get me the car and price I wanted and that made me feel a lot better about my purchase, before, during and after the tran genuine. One example is that we had a little bit of a hard time getting the blue tooth technology to sync with my phone. I told Julian not to worry about it but he wanted to make sure it was working. He fixed the issue but didn't get a chance to test. 30min after I left the dealership Julian called me, and I picked up the phone for the first time using my car to hear Julian say "you are connected". That was a nice touch, it shows he was thinking about me even after I left. This is a story I will tell about Julian when I recommend him and Wayne Mazda to my friends. More
