Overall the experience was good, however finance department took forever. I applaud the staff there for having to deal with my 2 small children for 3-4 hours. WOW not happy. However I explained the situation to Mark and he had a check cut for the price of the the replacement battery. MY wife loves the Truck and is very pleased with it....I would come back again and refer others. More
