RECENTLY PURCHASED A NEW CAR FROM WAYNE MAZDA. I WAS SUPPRISED HOW LARGE THERE INVENTORY WAS,GREAT SELECTION,LARGE SHOWROOM AND BOY DO THEY HAVE CARS! THE SALES STAFF IS GREAT FREINDLY AND FAIR. Wayne Mazda which I thought is a very good dealership are the same as others cheating people. When I bought my used car from them, there were no accidents on the carfax report that they showed me and now the the same as others cheating people. When I bought my used car from them, there were no accidents on the carfax report that they showed me and now there is one there before I bought the car. so basically they sold me a car which had accidents on it showing me a report that does not state any. I negotiated with them based on the fact that the car is clean.Would never recomend them to anyone.. More

We got great customer service, the exact car we were looking for and a terrific deal. My only caveat was how long the process took from start to finish and that was offset by the fact that we went on a looking for and a terrific deal. I went to purchase a used 2009 Mazda3 i touring value that had 19k miles on it and was listed for $13,995. Willing to pay cash, I aimed for $15k out the door, tax, title, etc. The salesman explained th that had 19k miles on it and was listed for $13,995. Willing to pay cash, I aimed for $15k out the door, tax, title, etc. The salesman explained that I was looking at $15,500 after tax, title, plates, etc. He went to his manager who came back saying that they had to get at least $16,800 for it due to trade/auction purchases at the time (?). However, they showed me a 2008 that was the same model with 3k miles less and said that they could probably let it go for $15,200 (ultimately $15k if $200 was the only thing holding me back.) BUT...and here's the ISSUE...the 2008 they showed me was also listed for $13,995 on the site. SO -- If the car is listed for the same price, shouldn't the 2009 have also been $15,500? Where did the extra $1,300 come from? And OF COURSE they tried to push leasing or financing a new one but that goes without saying... I'm willing to play the game, but their sketchy behavior for something so obvious is just not something anyone looking to purchase a used car should have to deal with. More
