I wouldn't do business with this dealership. I I bought my car at the end of December and it has been a nightmare since the start. I went through a broker, that was my first mistake, and then th I I bought my car at the end of December and it has been a nightmare since the start. I went through a broker, that was my first mistake, and then they brought me the wrong car after being very specific about the car I wanted. When I finally got the car and signed the papers there wasn't a copy of the paperwork for me, I had to call the dealership multiple times, leaving multiple messages and nobody ever called back. Finally, I got someone who emailed me at that moment a copy of the paperwork. Now, I'm getting the run around with my plates and registration. My temporary plate and registration both expired on Jan. 28th. I have gone back and forth with the broker… nothing, one story after another, then I finally get Neil on the phone who has done nothing but xx me. After calling and getting one excuse after the other (2 1/2 weeks of this) Neil tells me I'm waiting for a batch of stuff around 3 today. I didn't believe a word he said and I called the DMV myself and to my surprise after giving my Vin # my car ( I bought, not leased or financed) wasn't in their system. After explaining everything to DMV they connected me to the complaint department to follow a complaint against the Dealership. When I called Neil and told him this his response was.. “ that person just sits behind a desk and will tell you anything to get you off the phone” My response to him was” That's kinda like what you are doing to me” lastly, Neil calls that same day and says my plates came in he was going to text me pictures of plate and registration ( he did after 7 that night) and expedite them to me. That was Friday 2/9… it's Wednesday 2/14 and nothing. I called on Tuesday to speak with a manager and the woman who answered asked why, I told her and she said they were outside shoveling snow, and someone would call me… I told her no they won't they never do and sure enough nobody called. The DMV said not to drive my car which I have to since I need to work😡 More

I love Ash and have leased 4 cars from him - he’s the best. I bought a tire protection pkage though and when I needed to use it I got the runaround from a woman in Service and was told she had no idea if best. I happily kept buying from Wayne even though it’s 50 mins from where I live and they have always been excellent before but this is very discouraging. Mazda Morristown has been great and gave me an appt the next business day. I have had to wait and the Portfolio tire package made them jump through hoops but I’m thankful they were willing to jump and very happy with Greg in Service. More
