My experience with Mark was nothing less than excellent. The first thing my family and I noticed was that he stuck to the budget I originally set out and did not pressure me to go above it. When I finally picked the car I liked, he gave fair and reasonable pricing. Something that stood out was that even after I purchased the car, he made a follow up call a few days later to see how everything was going and to remind me of the different capabilities my car has and its safety features. He also included a key cover with the purchase; a nice, luxurious touch at the end. Their finance department also helped out and gave me a good discount on the GAP insurance. It’s rare to see such personal care and I want to acknowledge when I see it. Thanks again, Mark! More
