From the moment My husband and I picked up our 2017 Outback today and can only say it was the best car buying experience EVER - from start to finish! From the moment we came in, the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. Jim Malloy, our salesperson, was wonderful. He was informative, patient, and helpful. From our first contact with him, we got an excellent quote (via email) on the car we were interested in. When we actually came in and saw we wanted some additional features on our Outback (as we test drove w/him as well) he took the time to help us find the car that fit our specific needs (and then some!) at a great price. The whole time we never felt pushed or pressured. He was SUPER informative about the features the car had, and was up front about everything. The finance dept. person Dave was wonderful as well. He took his time explaining our options and NEVER pushed or insisted we make a specific choice on additional insurance options. We felt informed, but not overwhelmed. Once we had our keys, Ed - their product specialist, gave us a tour of all our car's features, he took his time and was really informative regarding all the gadgets, programming, etc. It was truly a pleasure dealing w/everyone at Wayne. We couldn't be happier with the treatment we received from Charlie Wilson and the staff. My mom's a senior citizen, and it's been many years since she's bought a vehicle, but at no time in the process did anyone attempt to bulldoze her or talk down to her. Everyone was courteous, patient and respectful. When she wanted to have her mechanic check out the car, Charlie brought it there himself. An alignment needed to be performed, which Wayne Subaru handled immediately. Another member of the staff walked her through all the features of the vehicle. When the plates came in, Charlie put them on personally, and even addressed a minor scratch. My mother is happy with her new car, and I'm happy with how she was treated. More
