I haven’t purchased a car in 19 years, partly because I was dreading the experience, until I met Hermine. Hermine was awesome to work with - she’s warm, professional, patient and really took the time to understand what was important to me. I went in specifically for the X1 and Hermine suggested I test drive the X2 as they were running some great deals on the 2018 models they had left in stock. I’m so glad she did. I loved the car but still wasn’t sure I was ready to commit. What I appreciated most was that I didn’t feel pressured by Hermine, unlike at other dealerships I visited. I left and ultimately went back shortly thereafter because I liked the car, felt it was a good deal, and more specifically I trusted I’d have a great experience with Hermine and she did not disappoint. She made the process efficient, painless and actually enjoyable. And Andrew, who helped me finalize all the paperwork was also great. I can’t thank them enough for making this a positive experience! I live in Pennsylvania, so Stan helped me coordinate timing of my flight out and informed me when the car would be ready. When I arrived, the entire process was hassle-free and smooth. Mary Perez, the finance-manager, did a great job explaining the dealer's products. She had a great personality and was not too pushy with the add-on packages. She was a delight to deal with. Stan was patient, knowledgeable, not remotely pushy, and just a pleasure to work with. (I do want to thank his wife, too. We kept him pretty late!) Second: James (the Sales Manager) was terrific as well. Worked with us on pricing, was totally reasonable, and genuinely nice. Third: Chris in financing. He's the gent who went through all the paperwork. I'll be honest, here... Chris definitely had the most "sales-ish" aspect to the process, but he was super-friendly, easygoing, and came up with the right mix of protections that made me extra-comfortable buying a used car. Keep painting, Chris! Three different styles and personalities, all three were a pleasure to speak with. They stayed until almost 10pm. I felt pretty guilty, but they were super-cool about it. Oh, yeah. Almost forgot. We got an awesome car! 2016 328i. And the payment is significantly less than my Honda Clarity. All this to say: I highly recommend Weatherford, and all three guys I worked with. More

I purchased a new 2019 BMW M240i from Chris who was helping with another great, but newer salesman who is no longer there at Weatherford. Chris was very accommodating. We worked out a good deal. He clearly explained the reality of what he could and could not do for me. He has since still been helping me with a couple upgrades and service with the car as there were a couple factory issues (but NOT their fault!) Very knowledgable and knows my car well. I would highly recommend them. Also, the staff has been pretty amazing too. All very helpful and very friendly. So far, it's been a great new car buying experience. More
