I submitted my request online and his assistant Natalia and himself responded to my questions within an hour. We came in on a busy Sunday morning and they were able to find a few cars for me to test drive really quickly. We didn't make up our mind on which car to buy that day. Chris was very helpful and found us the exact color and model we like. We came in the next day to test drive and was able to drive off the lot within an hour and half including signing all the paperwork. Would definitely come back for our next car! More

Chris Phan is very professional and patient. He helped me to finish everything smoothly, from a test drive to car deliver. For some personal reason I missed the good deal in the first X1 which I did the test drive. But right after a new and better deal came out for another similar X1, Chris contacted me immediately, so I just went there and finished the transaction quickly. Chris also helped me to apply a very reasonable interest rate for the leasing term. At the very beginning my interest rate was very high. But after I did some home work and negotiation with Chris, he successfully applied and got the exact interest rate I wanted. That saved a lot of money for me! Our 2009 3-series BMW has been incredibly reliable, so we were set on getting a 2015 5-series. That being said, I'm fairly picky and after reviewing options and photos, I created a specific 535 that I wanted but was not easily found already on a dealership's lot. I began my footwork in Sacramento, only to be continually pressured to buy cars they had on hand that I had no interest in. And even when explaining that I was willing to wait for the car to be delivered from Germany, they still were too thirsty for a quick buck so I moved on. That's when I came into contact w/ Chris Phan. I explained to him that I knew exactly the car I wanted, that I was not willing to compromise on the features I was looking for - NOT because I wanted some fancy bells and whistles, but because I was not willing to pay extra for features I had no interest in. My last criteria was that I did not need the best deal ever, but I did want a fair deal. Chris took all of that and crushed it - He got me an awesome price on the specific 535 that I wanted. It arrived about 8 weeks after our initial conversation, I drove to Berkeley, and drove it right back home. Its a beautiful car, and Chris was a pleasure to work with. Most importantly, it was clear that Chris is a professional. He was not pushy, desperate, nor rude.
