Over charged for everything RUN FROM THIS PLACE AS FAST AS POSSIBLE! I brought my car in for a check engine light and oil change, and walked out with a $975 charge and a list of RUN FROM THIS PLACE AS FAST AS POSSIBLE! I brought my car in for a check engine light and oil change, and walked out with a $975 charge and a list of $8,000 worth of recommended work. I shopped there quote around and found another BMW DEALER that Quoted me $5,000 and stated that the actual costs should be 15% to 20% less than that due to all the overlap of the repair projects. He also told me that the rates at weatherford BMW are higher than average on labor and parts! So they are quoting every single repair separately and not crediting the overlap of time back to the customer, making repair bills double of what they should be and are actually at other dealerships. If you can please take your business to another dealer unless Weatherford is willing to make it right! I myself will never do business here again!And I am very disappointed in the attempt to hide this fact. When I brought it to the attention of my service advisor she told me that she would work the charges down as much as she could. so why can they lower the price when someone complains but screw everyone who doesn't! Not Good Business!!!! Find another BMW service department and dealer if you can it will literally save you thousands of dollars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

Found out today that vehicle is a) in final inspection and b) not mine. Mine is not even in production yet!! Zero chance they will deliver on their comittments. First world problem? Absolutely...but a comittment used to mean something. More

John McGinnis showed us their huge covered clean facility full of new BMWs. Buying a new vehicle, particularly a BMW, is always stressful, but not with John. He made us feel at ease with the process and gave us an excellent deal on our new BMW. We’d also like to thank Bobby, their tech guru in setting up our phones for Bluetooth and familiarizing us with the car. Thanks to their Finance Manager for his knowledge in setting us up They have an excellent Part Department and a very smooth process in getting your vehicle serviced. I’ve gotten cudos from two people so far in choosing to buy our 320i from Weatherford, Mr. Fitzgerald from KNBR is absolutely right when he recommends Weatherford. We plan on buying an X5 and we are definitely coming back to Weatherford! More

I found myself in a place where I didn’t really care for a new car. Enter Kevin Thomas! He sent me an email, we spoke on the phone, I was back in the market. He was kind, understanding, very knowledgeable. We toured the showroom, he led inventories and after a little research, we found the specific m550 about 50 miles away at another dealership. That m550 is my new baby!!! I was so pleased with the experience that I arrived with a box full of sandwiches chips and drinks for the crew that made my buying experience possible! STRONGLY RECOMMEND KEVIN THOMAS! More

Possibly the best BMW store. I currently have a 335i that I am looking to replace sometime next year. I was just in for service a few days ago and ran into Joe Combs again.
