They sold me a car with a clean Carfax, but it had a total l I bought a pre-owned car in 2012 from them, a 04 VW Passat. Three years later, in 2015, I wanted to trade it in for a new car. At this moment, t I bought a pre-owned car in 2012 from them, a 04 VW Passat. Three years later, in 2015, I wanted to trade it in for a new car. At this moment, the Carfax reported that the car had been totaled. I had no accident with it, and the accident that caused the "total loss" happened a few month before before I bought the car. This made the car worth zero dollars, and I couldn't trade it in. I contacted Carfax to have the "total loss" verified. They confirmed it and wouldn't change it. Communication with the dealership was a joke, they mostly avoided my calls. I had to call again, again and again for them to do something. They ended up using their contacts at Carfax, to change the "total loss" to "accident". I paid for a car with a clean Carfax and was sold a car with decreased value due to accident. Weatherford BMW didn't compensate me for the loss of value of my car. Stay away from them. More

He was very professional and respectful, and he got me exactly the kind of car I wanted. Now my lease was up and he worked with me again on purchasing the vehicle. I received the same kind of professional, honest and respectful treatment and just purchased my leased car for a good deal. Everyone at this dealership is great, from sales, to finance, to service!
