Today I had to bring in my Chevy Trax to the dealership and got top notch services! Was told the issues I was having was not gonna be covered by my warranty and the General Manager Tim Gehr & Sales associa and got top notch services! Was told the issues I was having was not gonna be covered by my warranty and the General Manager Tim Gehr & Sales associate (who assisted me from the beginning) Ivan Fandino was not having it. They called and reached out to the warranty company and got everything straightened out for me. I got an upgrade on my warranty; didn’t have to pay little to nothing on what wasn’t covered. Overall I will definitely be a long term customer and continue to do business with Ivan Fandino & Tim Gehr! I’m soo thankful for those men at Webb Chevrolet in Oaklawn….. Thanks again guys! More
