I purchased a used vehicle from Webb Chevrolet in October and paid in full. When I requested the title be mailed to me since I am registering in another state, I was told the title would take 6 to 8 weeks, w and paid in full. When I requested the title be mailed to me since I am registering in another state, I was told the title would take 6 to 8 weeks, which is an unreasonable timeframe for a paid, used-vehicle title. Despite repeatedly asking for the process to be expedited, my requests were brushed off with the same generic responses. Webb Chevrolet has now stopped replying to my most recent messages altogether. I cannot move forward with anything on my end without the title, and being left without updates after paying in full is unacceptable. A dealership should not sell a used vehicle without having the title ready to process, and they certainly should not leave customers in the dark for so long afterward. The lack of communication, the unreasonable delay, and the disregard for follow-up have made this a frustrating and deeply disappointing experience. More
