I went to the dealership to buy a truck I found online, I wanted to purchase the vehicle without financing. That I would return with a check from my company as it was going to be a Fleet vehicle. I took 2 hours for them to give me an out the door price on the vehicle after I told them I was pressed for time, and I needed to get back to my office to get the check to purchase the vehicle. I was questioned multiple times on why I was the one looking at the vehicle vs an officer of my company. Once we finally came to a deal, we agreed on a time for my Vice President to come sign the papers and pay for the vehicle he had to wait for almost 3 hours before they had him start signing the paperwork. I arranged for them to deliver the vehicle to my office the next day by 9:30AM. The salesman did not set anything up for the vehicle to be delivered and was not at work, I had to call multiple times and finally got someone that could help my around 1:00 pm. on top of everything they miss spelled my companies name on the registration and it took almost a week and a half to get a response from them to fix the issue. Worst vehicle experience I have had to deal with. More
