My service advisor. Josh is amazing. They took care of my problem right away the mechanic fix the problem the first time and then I start having problems with the chargi Josh is amazing. I scheduled my appointment for 07:30am on 03/19/25 at Webb Chevy Oak Lawn. My service advisor’s name is Josh Campbell, he is seated all the way to the left from entering the door after pulling into Servi Webb Chevy Oak Lawn. My service advisor’s name is Josh Campbell, he is seated all the way to the left from entering the door after pulling into Service. He is directly opposite of Fabian who is by far the best service advisor they have. Josh Campbell was extremely unprofessional, from the moment I walked in I can tell he either didn’t want to be at work or he thought I was in someway bothering him? As a client this is incredibly uncomfortable. After checking me in, I told him I would be in the waiting area. 2 hours go by, I walk over to him to see if there was any updates on my vehicle. Without looking away from his computer screen, he said “they’re working on it”. What kind of service advisor can’t even turn to look the client in the face when addressing them? I sit back down, proceeded to wait for another hour, he calls my last name, doesn’t even acknowledge me, he doesn’t even wait for me in fact, he called my last name and proceeded to walk to the cashier so he could get rid of me. He doesn’t give me an update on the vehicle, no “oh this was the problem”, no “your vehicle is parked on the side”, he didn’t say 1 word to me. No “have a great day, hope you come back again.” Josh is incredibly stuck-up, a horrible service advisor with lack of respect. I have been coming to Webb Chevy since I bought my 2023 Blazer that year because they promise certified service and with that certified service I expect professionalism and would it kill for them to honor their clients better than the way Josh is doing? If Webb Chevy is fine with letting Josh treat clients like this, then don’t stop by. Save yourself the trouble and go to a different Chevy dealer branch. I’ve only been going back to this location because of how great Fabian is but Josh alone is enough to lose my business and respect. More

I bought a vehicle from web chevey, they told me it had a full inspection. Two weeks later, I did not have any heat so I thoight that the extended warentee would cover it. Normally I would give 5 stars but my experience with the Service Department was very disappointing. Brought car in to specifically fix a side panel. I even asked if the panel would be in stock to fix instead of waiting for an order. After 1.5 hrs, Josh sent a text asking permission to fix panel. The text was filtered to spam, so I didn't see it for almost 2 hrs. During that time, Josh came to waiting area multiple times for other customers, so I believe he saw me. Instead of talking to me in person, he let me keep waiting. When I checked on the status of my car after almost 4 hrs, he said he sent me a text and he was "too busy" to talk to me in person. If the policy is for customers to respond to the text to give permission to proceed, then that needs to be clearly communicated up front. I spent 5 hrs in total for a panel to get fixed that should have taken 2 hrs tops. I acknowledge I should have checked on my car sooner if I felt it was taking too long, but as a member of the service department I expect better customer service and communication. More
