I'm very unsatisfied with the quality of the vehicle that I purchased from this dealership. I purchased a 2022 Chevy Blazer in March with 9 miles on it and had to bring it back the next day because it lost I purchased from this dealership. Took it back they fixed it, saying it was a coil loose, OK! Why though! But I drove it! Four months later I'm driving and my Check Engine Light comes on and it looses its acceleration again! They take it and now I'm confused as too why my overpriced 2022 Chevy Blazer is having transmission issues. I'm emotional and irritated because I need my vehicle, and the whole purpose of getting a new, undriven vehicle is for reliability, dependability, fashion, and because I chose this brand and model. When I could have went and got anything. A whole 3 weeks later I'm back in my Blazee, just to have it for 4 days and the same issue occurs. Needless to say my car is back in the shop. I feel like I should be given a whole new car. That car is defected and should be junked. I'm over annoyed, frustrated, and have lost all trust in Chevy, and this particular dealership. More

I had my vehicle towed to Webb Chevrolet on the 12 of October 2022 for service. My vehicle had stopped, and would not start. The reason I had it towed to Webb Chevrolet because it was the closest Chevrol October 2022 for service. My vehicle had stopped, and would not start. The reason I had it towed to Webb Chevrolet because it was the closest Chevrolet dealership. I have a extended no deductible warranty though Chevrolet, I purchased it new. The service guy name was Kevin. He said a diagnostic check would be $179.00 l told him of my extended warranty through Chevrolet. After a technician checked my vehicle Kevin said that it needed a new alternator because the the alternator was bad. Kevin claimed that he called warranty company and he said that they said that they would not pay for the entire cost of the work to be performed on my vehicle. I told him that’s odd because I’ve had to take my vehicle to Phillips Chevrolet before for service and everything was covered 100% just as the warranty states. The reason I took it to Webb Chevrolet was because I had to have it towed and as I’ve stated earlier Webb Chevrolet was the closest dealership, if I could have drove it I would have taken it to Phillips Chevrolet. When I made the appointment I told the person making the appointment that I had a extended warranty though Chevrolet, she said that’s fine everything would be covered no problem. If I was told before making the appointment and having my vehicle towed to Webb Chevrolet that it would not or maybe would not be covered by my warranty I would have it towed to Phillips Chevrolet. Also I didn’t get my survey. I waited a few days and still nothing. I called Webb Chevrolet and asked to speak to the manager of the store. I was told the manager was not available. I called several times and was told each time the manager wasn’t available. On Saturday the 15th of October I went to Webb Chevrolet. I was still told that the manager was not available. Finally the manager came to the front desk where I was waiting. The manager said his name was Tim. I explained everything to him. He said that he would make sure that I got my survey. I will never use Webb Chevrolet for anything again, this was a terrible experience. More
Shout out to Cesar for diligently solving the problem with my car dying out. Had to invest $900 dollars to correct the problem but my car hasn't died out since replacing the part.
