Lack of Organization Technology and organization at this dealership leaves something to be desired. Their email system doesn't allow them to open even basic PDF and JPEG images. I had to pull up the window sticker of the vehicle I wanted just to start the negotiation process. I was in the dealership for a total of four hours over two days, and most of that time I'm not sure exactly what I was sitting there for. The quote I was given and agreed upon was altered the next day when I came in, the numbers having been scratched out after I left on the first day. A week after owning my vehicle I was contacted with a list of paperwork that I had to submit, and I'm not sure why I wasn't informed about it earlier on... like during my four hours in the dealership, for example. More
