Took my Genesis in for the seatbelt recall which they said would take one day Two weeks later and many excuses later, I got my repaired car back. I checked my car's app and they left it outside on the l said would take one day Two weeks later and many excuses later, I got my repaired car back. I checked my car's app and they left it outside on the lot unlocked the first night. Dropped the car off on a Monday and I had to call for updates and every time they said it would be done the next day or two, then it was Friday, then the next Monday and then finally had it done the following Friday. More
