Have an intermittent issue with my infotainment system going blank and pixelated at random times. They did not see the issue while I was there. I paid $500+ for pads and rotors on my rear brakes. I thought brake replacement would have a lifetime warranty at that price. When I looked over my paperwork, there was no information regarding a warra I thought brake replacement would have a lifetime warranty at that price. When I looked over my paperwork, there was no information regarding a warranty. Secondly, I had to take my car back due to the driver’s side rotor turning rusty and the brakes were making a grinding noise when the car was in reverse or when making a stop. The explanation given at the dealership was I had only driven my car 200 miles since replacing the brakes and that was the reason why. The rust was cleaned off the rotor and I was sent on my way. I had the repairs done at the dealership and no where else because I didn’t want to be hassled by shoddy workmanship. Now I don’t trust them. I shouldn’t have to ask for the old parts just to have proof the repairs were actually performed. Today, the rotor in question is absolutely rusted back over. The other one not so much. I will be taking my car to an independent mechanic to get their professional opinion on what condition my brakes are currently in. My mind is not at ease when driving. More

A little disappointed about how long it took to get a part that I was told would take 2 days to get. Almost a week later (6 days) we had to bring the car up to service 2 times so not very convenient but part that I was told would take 2 days to get. I am not sure if this the right place to post this but Isaiah (I believe a porter) was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! He was so helpful when he essentially didn’t have to be. He went above and beyond to help me when I showed up to drop off my car after service hours. He was so considerate and offered to get me out of the heat and offered a cold drink while he needed to find paperwork I needed to fill out. Every company needs an Isaiah!! He went above and beyond!! Give him a high five from me!! He was the sweetest! We also were out in the lot looking at the new Santa Fe when Kevin Z. Came out to talk to us. We are not in the market for a new car just yet but when we are I would love to deal with Kevin! He was personable and professional! More
