This purchase I worked with Brian, Joe Salas, Jordy, and Doug. I did put them through their paces. I didn't know for sure what I wanted. They were very patient with me. They explained things in detail. They drove a car from Merrillville over to Highland for me to look at while I was trying to make a decision. They definitely gave me the royal treatment. Everyone in the service department always greets me with a smile and explains exactly what they will be doing. When I call for an appointment they schedule within a few days. Someone always calls and texts to see if I was satisfied. I try and have Alfonso wash my car. He always has it shining! I have always been treated with the utmost respect. Whatever I need they make sure to take care of it and make me happy. This is the reason I returned to lease another Genesis from WEBB.
