I went to a couple other dealers prior to Weber Chevrolet and after spending several ho I have never had a more enjoyable experience buying a new car. I went to a couple other dealers prior to Weber Chevrolet and after spending several hours bickering back and forth I decided to give Weber a shot at the purchase of a new Chevy Cruze. Upon arrival at their parking lot I was greeted by several smiling faces including Mark Herwitz. Mark was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered all questions and concerns. It was late in the day and he didn’t seem to mind or rush us at all. We made an offer on the vehicle and Mark submitted the offer to Manager, Steven Weiss. After a short period of time Mark returned with the news that we had just “purchased a vehicle”. No bickering, no haggling! Steve worked magic on the financing! (Thanks Steve) And… a special thanks to the girls Arlene and Anita for setting up and explaining all the bells and whistles on the dash, not only once but 2-3 times. We’ll definitely be back on our next purchase! More

Bad tire they refused to remedy. Dangerous yet they sold it These people sell a car with a tire mounted inside out. The words " this side in" mean nothing to their mechanics or maybe they can't read. Tires These people sell a car with a tire mounted inside out. The words " this side in" mean nothing to their mechanics or maybe they can't read. Tires have treads that are designed to exert pressure against each other when they are mounted properly. Look it up. Their " expert" union mechanics inspected the car yet missed this point on a front tire. They then refused to correct the tire even when the car was in their shop for four hours. It would have taken a mechanic 10 minutes to mount the tire correctly but they refused to do so and instead sold a car with a potentially hazard situation to a customer. I can not recommend these people to any used car buyer. Find a company with scruples which doesn't include Weber Chevrolet .bAd tire More

Don't waste your time with Weber Drove 120 miles to look at two cars at two dealerships. I knew what I wanted to give for the car. Weber took well over 2 hours to get a basic price Drove 120 miles to look at two cars at two dealerships. I knew what I wanted to give for the car. Weber took well over 2 hours to get a basic price. I did not purchase a car from Weber because we couldn't get together on price. The problem is that they knew I was going to another dealer to look at another car. Part of their negotiation process was to run out the clock on my ability to go to the other dealer before closing. I asked them to drive my car for trade in value when I test drove the vehicle and they wouldn't. It was like going back in time to what most dealers have gotten away from GAMES. Weber also asked for a credit car to make sure my offer was sincere. I should have left then. I was told they require that from all customers. Don 't walk away from Weber RUN away. Don't let them waste your valuable time. Salesman was nice and the dealer was clean. More
