Very pleasant buying experience Met with Mr. Keyvan on a Saturday afternoon per our appointment. I was greeted warmly by Mr. Keyvan. It happened the dealer had the car that I wanted Met with Mr. Keyvan on a Saturday afternoon per our appointment. I was greeted warmly by Mr. Keyvan. It happened the dealer had the car that I wanted and Mr. Keyvan gave me a test drive and explained to me very thoroughly all of the safety features of the car. I was very impressed of his knowledge. Because I used my Costco Auto Buying Program so there wasn't much of a price negotiating. I was happy with the final price and took procession of the car soon after. The only thing that I think the dealer can make improvement is speeding up processing the documents. I didn't finance my purchase yet still took over an hour to get the paper works done. But this was the finance department and was out of Mr. Keyvan's control. That's the reason I took out one star for the overall experience. For Mr. Keyva, he earned my 5 stars! More
