Michael the sales manager and Angel is my client advisor both did a tremendous job. They made the buying process easy and smooth. If you ever need a Honda, ask for Angel. both did a tremendous job. They made the buying process easy and smooth. If you ever need a Honda, ask for Angel. More
Treated like a long-time appreciated customer, even though it was my first visit. It will be my dealership of choice in the future. though it was my first visit. It will be my dealership of choice in the future. More

Took my car in on Saturday 8th at 8:30 in the morning, said it would be done by 5:00. When I would call the dealership voicemail would be full so had to drive there to find out my car wasn't ready, they f said it would be done by 5:00. When I would call the dealership voicemail would be full so had to drive there to find out my car wasn't ready, they found another problem. Okay so had to wait for Honda Care to respond. On Thursday Darrel called said Honda was going to help with 30% of cost to fix. I gave him the go to do it, said it would be done that Thursday night never heard from him. Friday on the way back from Riverside I stopped at the dealership to find out what was going on because I couldn't get ahold of anyone..again. Finally someone took pity on me because I was very upset about the lack of communication and a Brian called me when I got home and was very apologetic about the way I was treated and said my car would be done that night. Picked it up Saturday morning. I bought the car at this dealership and won't be going back. More
I arrived on time to for my service appointment. I informed the service representative that I was going to have breakfast near by and that I would walk there. He was very good at texting me, in fact I informed the service representative that I was going to have breakfast near by and that I would walk there. He was very good at texting me, in fact, it was through the text and a phone call that he informed me that my car was ready. I arrived back and tried to let him know but he was helping someone else. I signaled I would wait in the lounge and he nodded affirmatively. As I sat and waited, the service tech drove up to the side of the building and parked. He had backed it up next to a window which I was sitting by. This was at 11:02am. I waited until 11:18 before I went up to the service rep.. He acknowledged me and said the paperwork had not arrived. At that point I said nothing about the car being parked. At about 11:44 a stack of paperwork was handed to him. A few minutes later I received a call my vehicle was ready. I then told him how long I had been waiting. He quickly processed me out and I went out to my vehicle. I was shocked to find plastic wrapping the seat and the dirty foot mat on the floor board. I removed it and walked to a receptacle and disposed of it. As I start my vehicle I noticed the tag was still on my mirror. I was so disappointed I just left. I understand that sometimes you do have a bad day, but this is the second time in a row where something has gone wrong. I waited to respond to this evaluation on purpose so I could be precise. It was obvious that there is some chaos between the service department and the technicians watching the interaction between them. Maybe you'll be able to straight it out. But as to the count, there's 2 strikes. We'll see how things play out. More
