It’s very difficult to get a hold of your service advisor or the service manager. However, this 1-star rating is related to sales associates and sale management staff in providing trade-in appraisal quote for my Honda Pilot Elite as part of my determination in purchasing a used certified pre-owned vehicle onsite (Insight). On August 17, I requested the trade-in quote from a sales associate. After he requested my keys, my Pilot was driven out of sight for about 10 minutes. After looking around for the vehicle and the sales associate to get a response on the trade-in value, I finally found it in an area of the dealership near the service area that was closed and no public or staff was present. The associate told me that my "fair" condition value was $2,000 less than "fair" condition low Kelly Blue Book trade-in range for my Pilot Elite. The sales associate pointed out bumper scrapes and a missing plastic part that snaps onto the roof (that I promise you I don't recall being missing prior to my vehicle inspection that evening.) With my interior in very good condition, I would argue that the cosmetic bumper scrapes should have deemed my Pilot Elite as a "good" condition vehicle. I see no reason why my appraisal of the Pilot had to occur in an area of the dealership that wasn't viewable to the public and that I could not watch, and also why the sales associate could not provide me with the appraisal printout after he showed it to me. Why couldn't I get that paperwork from him? Policy?! Are you serious?! After spending probably more than $8K-$10K in regular maintenance at this dealership over the past decade with my Pilot and prior to that, Crosstour, I am extremely disappointed that Weir Canyon Honda couldn't treat me like a loyal customer and do a better job at trying to meet my needs. More

This was the 5th Honda I've had the pleasure of owning from Weir Canyon Honda and I can't imagine shopping anywhere else. Everyone is so nice, professional and knowledgeable.
