Brian's the best I have been going to Weir Canyon Honda for servicing my Honda's for the last 10-15 years or so(I've had 4 or 5 Honda's during this span). I've been working with Brian almost this entire span of time (dang, we're getting old now Brian... teardrop emoji), I know his interests, he knows mine, we know about each other's families, etc. Here's an example, when the PNB Paribas Open (tennis tournament in Indian Wells, 2nd largest tennis tournament in the world) canceled in early March due to Covid-19 (one of the first major sporting events to be canceled), Brian said he thought of me first and wondered how I was doing (when I came in for my oil change for my Odyssey in late July, early August) because he knows how I go to that tournament every year for about the past 10 years or so. I mean, Brian is family to me. He always takes care of me, and gets me the best price he can offer with any discounts or price matching of other dealerships, and just is an overall friendly/nice guy to talk to and see when you're getting your car worked on. I was sad when Brian left Weir Canyon Honda to go to another Honda dealership closer to his house, but thank God he returned. Check engine light service I came in for what appeared to me to be a serious and unusual check engine light. Brian was extremely knowledgeable and reassured me that the problem I came in for what appeared to me to be a serious and unusual check engine light. Service /Maintenance I had a repeated issue with my Fit and they took care of it twice and fixed the problem. I was disappointed that as promised, they did not text me when my car was done. I had a Dr.’s appointment to get to. I appreciated that Brian apologized and admitted that my information fell through. Brian was great and took ownership of the situation he should be commended and given 5 stars. He was not my original service person. Next time I will ask for him. I usually take my car for service to another dealership for service and they always wash it. It wasn’t washed and I could see where the workers hand prints were. I had just washed it this past weekend. More
Easy breezy 2019 service I have an appointment set for the day. I came in a little early so I can have my papers processed fast and have the car done immediately. The service personnel was quick and easy to deal with. He was accommodating of my inquiries and he suggested things that could save me while my car is being done. So far, this time around, I came in and came out from the service shop an hour or less. last time it took me hours to leave this area but now, it was fast and easy!! Paperworks were done immediately, payment and other details were correctly done in detail. One thing I didn’t like though, when I came in the car, since they open my front compartment, they left some things out. They didn’t put back my emergency toiletry back to where they got it. They even left it on the floor mat. Literally, what you pay for is the only thing they will do for this shop. Unlike in other car services, they give you back your car washed and cleaned. That’s something nice to have when you are a loyal customer. More
