I went to Toyota of Wellesley to look at Scions. I met with the gentlemen Adam LeVasseur and he showed my father and I the Scions. After deciding we liked the tC we decided to take it for a test drive. They let us keep it out a bit longer so I could go show it to my mom. When we went back we were thoroughly impressed with the car and happy with the friendliness of the dealership. We went home and thought about it for a week. We decided to order the Rs 7.0 tC. I called Adam back and we then went in and ordered the car. There was no hassle and it was a nice easy sale. because it was a special edition car it was supposed to take around 5 weeks to get there. But it showed up in about 3 weeks and I was ecstatic. Adam was very helpful and responded to all of my E-mails, (props to Adam because I was asking a lot in the e-mails). I also has Lo-jack and a spoiler installed. I even changed the color of the spoiler 3 days before I was to take delivery of the car and they accommodated me on that. Toyota of Wellesley Also got me #41 out of #2200. That is a very low number for the release series. The car has been great so far and I love driving it around. The whole process could have not been easier and I would gladly buy another car from Toyota of Wellesley. They were also very knowledgeable about the car which was something that surprised me. Other dealerships I went to barley knew anything about the tC but Toyota of Wellesley knew it all! They are also building a new, state of the art service center which will be nice to have. if you are looking to buy a Scion or Toyota, look no further, Toyota of Wellesley is the place to go! More

I am one happy driver of a new Corolla S purchased at Wellesley Toyota in Massachusetts. I recently made an appointment at another Toyota dealership located in Norwood but the salesman left me sitting in Wellesley Toyota in Massachusetts. I recently made an appointment at another Toyota dealership located in Norwood but the salesman left me sitting in the lounge for almost an hour. I got up and took my business to Wellesley Toyota where I was treated with flat out superb service by Adam LeVasseur. He spent time going over several cars I wanted to look at and when I did test drives on three vehicles he expertly addressed the different features of each car for me. I will definitely recommend Adam to family and friends when they are in the market for a new or used Toyota. He was extraordinary! My last car, a 2000 Camry, gave me flawless performance. I know my new Corolla S is going to be every bit as reliable. When I came back to the dealership for the inspection sticker I was met by Jason Crede, sales manager, who took the time to hear any questions I might still have. He talked about the Toyota Care benefit and he made it clear that any future questions or maintenance needs would be given top priority at this dealership. You just can't do better than Wellesley Toyota. No big surprise that they are ranked number one in the state. They really knock themselves out to maintain that status. They deserve it. Best, L. Everyone was very friendly and honest. They were not the usual pushy car sales people. We were very happy to come and go as we felt necessary. They did not "hold us hostage" as some dealerships do. Even the President of Ko Autogroup said hello and spoke with us as if we were friends and did not just meet for the first time. This was one of the best auto buying experiences we've had. Alens is the best. He continues to gone above and beyond even after the sale was completed. The entire group from start to finish has been so accomodating too. The only one small little detail is that it is not the best place for children to accompany you, as some other dealerships have a child-friendly area, this one currently does not. More
This was the easiest and best time we had buying a car in our forty years of experience in car buying. First, we did our research online to find out a fair price for our 2011 Highlander. We got some prices over the internet and we answered back that all were higher than what we were thinking. Josh got back to us pretty quickly and asked us what exactly we were looking for. He found us a vehicle that had a few more extras than what we were looking for but close to our target price. Close enough that we agreed to look at the car. We made an appointment to look over the car. When we got there we spoke to Chris, the floor salesman, who showed us the vehicle and explained every nook and cranny about the car. He was thoroughly knowledgeable and answered every question we had. He even helped us to program our phones to the Bluetooth when we picked up the car. We talked to Courtney, the business manager, about different options for the car: warranties, protective coatings. Due to the computers and electronics in the car, we were interested in getting an extended warranty and purchased it at a price we were comfortable with. The car was delivered by the time they said it would be ready. They already scheduled our first check up for us. There was never any pressure tactics to buy anything we didn’t want or any changes made to anything we discussed. After 10 happy years in a Toyota Sequoia, we were ready for the new model. We visited Wellesley Toyota last week to take a look. We were greeted by Michael Ahern who showed us the 2011's left on the lot. for the new model. We visited Wellesley Toyota last week to take a look. We were greeted by Michael Ahern who showed us the 2011's left on the lot. Mike is a thoughtful, no pressure salesman who was quite helpful. After a successful test drive, we asked Mike for a sense of the type of deals that Wellesley Toyota would offer. Mike invited his sales manager, Jason Crede to join us. Jason gave us Wellesley Toyota's best quote, eliminating the need for excessive haggling. On subsequent visits to see the Sequoias with our children, we appreciated the team approach as we were assisted by Martin Hansberry, Jason and Michael on different occasions. All were knowledgable, courteous and helpful in a low pressure way. After a few days, we bought the car with a good deal and drove off the lot, very satisfied customers. On the recommendation of a friend who had previously bought from this dealership I included Wellesley Toyota in my research. I appreciated the professional, knowledgeable,friendly sales assistance communication I had with Shaun. From the start he was courteous, and answered all my questions (without the pushy attitude I had at another dealership) even when I told him I was looking at other places, and went at first just to see what cars were available at their establishment. I was treated respectfully by all the staff there each time I visited. Once I had negotiated a price I was satisfied with, and made the decision to buy I was assisted by Alents, who also was very professional, friendly and helpful in the paperwork process. I highly recommend this dealership. More
I shopped at 3 Toyota dealers in the area looking for a newish used Corolla. Not only did Wellesley Toyota have the best car in terms of price and condition, but the experience was much nicer than at the newish used Corolla.
