My experiences at Toyota of Wellesley are always good. The people you deal with are very friendly and personable and I don't feel pressured. I bought my last car there in 1994(!) and my mother bought her new car there several years ago. She lives nearby, so she also use their service department and thinks very highly of them, as well. So, when it was finally time for me to buy a new car, I was happy to take my business back to them. Adam Levasseur, the sales consultant, and Shaun Fisher, the sales manager, made the entire car-buying process very easy. On my first visit during my lunch hour from work, Adam gave me a complete "tour" of the car, inside and out, before going on a test drive. When I decided to leave a down payment, the costs were all broken out for me to see, and the paperwork was simple and efficient, making it easy for me to get back to office in a reasonable amount of time. Because I was selling my old car through a private sale instead of trading it in and I needed transportation to the dealership in order to take delivery on the new car, they even arranged to have Adam pick me up. In this hectic world, that's real customer service! If you're in the market for a Toyota, I highly recommend Toyota of Wellesley. More

Their first offer beat Herb Toyota of Boston by a long shot and I was able to negotiate even lower to get well within my price range. Car was not as clean as I would have expected upon delivery, however I was able to pick it up within 24 hours of putting down a deposit, so I can't complain. My girlfriend purchased a vehicle from this dealership 6 months prior to my purchase and her vehicle was delivered spotless and detailed. I would highly recommend Jessica and Chris (who we dealt with when my GF purchased her car) and wouldn't go anywhere else but Toyota of Wellesley. More

To say that I had a great experience at Wellesley Toyota would be a grand understatement. I am extremely selective when it comes to making any big purchase; I visited 4 other dealerships before Wellesley and left with a pit in my stomach each time; I dealt with the same sleazy sales tactics any consumer hates. But at Wellesley Toyota they operate on a much different level; Jason was friendly, Smart, well dressed, and knew so much about the cars. He didn't pressure me to make any commitments; I never thought I'd enjoy shopping for a car this much. Needless to say I decided to buy the Toyota Matrix I was looking at online, and they gave me a great price for it! When I came back to sign all the papers I dealt with Shaun, the sales manager, who was also extremely friendly; he came and greeted me right away. The signing process was super easy and efficient. Thanks Jason and Shaun! I also had the privilege to meet Mr. Ko on my way out; he is such a nice man. He asked me how my experience was and if there was anything else he can do to make me happy... I'd like to see Boch greeting his customers this way! I drove away in my new Matrix and I knew that I made a great decision. I love my new car and definitely plan on going back to Wellesley for my next car. I truly recommend Wellesley Toyota to anyone. More

I had a great experience at Toyota of Wellesley! Before going to Toyota of Wellesley, I had visited several other dealerships in the area where I was either ignored or met with dishonest salespeople. Then I read the positive reviews of Toyota of Wellesley online and decided to visit and am so glad I did. The reviews don't lie! I am extremely pleased at the service I received at Toyota of Wellesley from the first moment I walked into the dealership to the moment when I drove off in my "new to me" 2010 Toyota Corolla! There is a relaxed, no-pressure atmosphere at this dealership and they treat their customers with respect. I arrived at the dealership a few minutes before they were scheduled to open, hoping to do some browsing, but also with the specific car I wanted in mind. I was met by Chris Davey, who inquired about which used car I was looking for. I said that I was looking for a Toyota Corolla LE in either silver or gray. We went into his office to look at some options. There were a few that were available and we went to the lot to take a look at them. I decided to test drive a silver Toyota Corolla. I liked the car but said that I would be back because I wanted to show the car to my mother. Chris offered to let me drive the Corolla by myself to my mother's house to let her see it. I was impressed by the level of trust the dealer gives to its customers. We returned to the dealership a few hours later and discussed the price. After some discussion (but no pressure), they honored the internet ad price where I initially found the car, which was $1000 less than the price listed on the dealer's website. All in all, I feel I got the car for a fair price, including my trade-in. And I was even able to pick up my car the next day! I'm very happy with everyone I dealt with at this dealership, from the salesperson, to the manager, to the finance person. At no point did I feel uncomfortable or pressured. I came back a few days later for my scheduled state inspection, and that process was fast and easy - I was in and out in about 10 minutes. Another reviewer mentioned the quality of the used cars at this dealership, and I have to agree. This dealership has better quality used cars than most, many of them in in excellent, nearly-new condition with very low miles. For those who dread the thought of stepping into a dealership, I highly recommend Toyota of Wellesley for a no-hassle, enjoyable car shopping experience. I will definitely be recommending Toyota of Wellesley to my friends and family, and I will be back! More

I was never pressured to make a purchase. Andrew called me a few days later. Asked if I was still interesed in the Venza that I fell in love with, which I was. When I returned to Wellesley Toyota I felt like everyone was very professional and caring like family and they gave me an offer I couldn't refuse. I am very happy with my new Toyota Venza and I am recommending Wellesley Toyota to all that will listen.. Thank you. More

I contacted Toyota of Wellesley after my wife and I saw a used 2010 Toyota Avalon of interest advertised on AutoTrader.com. Since we live in East Peoria, IL (1100+ miles from Wellesley), we asked many quest used 2010 Toyota Avalon of interest advertised on AutoTrader.com. Since we live in East Peoria, IL (1100+ miles from Wellesley), we asked many questions concerning the Avalon. Sales Manager Shaun Fisher addressed all questions with detail, and we agreeded on a purchase price. We flew to Boston. Alens Constant met us, and assisted with the delivery of our Avalon.
