I had just purchased a 2002 Land Cruiser through the internet and not having been provided with a service history from the previous owner, I thought it'd be a good idea to bring it to Toyota of Wellesle internet and not having been provided with a service history from the previous owner, I thought it'd be a good idea to bring it to Toyota of Wellesley for a thorough checkup. Dropped the car off with Eric in the service department and while it was in their hands, he called me at every step of the way with updates and recommendations. I felt like I was kept in the loop at all times and was provided with enough information to make an informed and unpressured decision on what to fix and what to save for a later time. When I picked the car up, not only was all the service performed as expected and at a reasonable cost, but it was also vacuumed AND washed. This might seem routine to most of you, but it left me with an especially positive impression of the place. Not that I want to come back anytime soon, but I would have no hesitation to do so if the car starts to act up for whatever reason. More

I started shopping for a new car several months before I eventually chose a camry. I went to many dealerships and found that most of them are not very knowledgeable about the vehicles and would prefer to ge eventually chose a camry. I find this incredibly irritating and disespectful. When I called Toyota of Wellesley I spoke with James who seemed to know more about the camet than anybody else I had spoken to and was genuinely happy to discuss pricing without interphating me first. This was very redraging and railted in me purchasing a car the next day from James and Toyota of Wellesley. More
