From the initial outreach I had a very positive experience with Wellesley Toyota, specifically Marcus D. He was pleasant, helpful, and he worked with us to find the right fit FOR us instead of pushing us into something different. My appreciation for Marcus grew because the car we were looking at sold while we took time to look elsewhere/think about the purchase, and Marcus kept us informed and eventually helped find us another car that fit the bill. What i liked the best is that I felt like Marcus consistently communicated with us so expectations were set and there weren’t any surprises.
