Aurelio breaks the "bad" stereotype of a car salesperson. He's friendly, very easy going, pleasant to work with, and didn't try to force feed us a sale. We first started working with him over a year ago because we weren't in a rush to buy and was interested in getting a better deal with a used TDI. As soon as cars came in, he would give us a call because he knew that they wouldn't stay on the lot for long. After more than a year passed with no luck, we realized that should just purchase new. Despite running into some bumps after the purchase agreement, Aurelio still continues to be the same friendly and easy going guys. In fact, he made the extra effort of picking out a new plate number that not only included a lucky number in our culture, but also avoided the unlucky number as well. Bonus points to Aurelio! More
