Fantastic experience MY son was looking for a new Golf R. Very difficult to find. This dealer had one. Let me preface my remarks with the statement that I have purchased dozens of vehicles in my years, most from dealers. This experience was not only pain free, but fast. In and out in 2 hours on a Sunday no less. Marc Schoenhammer was the salesman. There was little selling going on, more educating about the vehicle, and discussing finance options. No pushing or prodding. No games. And, he's a neat guy to speak with. We also met with Victoria, their Finance guru. What a pleasant, unassuming, smiling individual. Just tell what you want or don't want and it's done. No torture. Now I am a Mopar guy so it's unlikely I will buy a VW, but if I did, it would be from them. My son on the other hand, is thrilled. When Matt in Service confirmed what I'd suspected, and for other reasons, I decided to have them appraise my car for a trade-in. In the meantime I checked out the current lot of 2016 Passats. When John Nesbitt, my previous sales rep, arrived we arranged a test drive while he worked out numbers. Tested a SEL Premium - gorgeous car. When all was said and done John and I came to terms on a fair deal and I stepped up from a sporty Jetta to a pretty hot Passat. This is the second car I've bought personally from him. He's a great person to work with and once everything was official, he spent a solid half hour showing me all the crazy features of the car like the auto-parking, lane assist; syncing my phone; programming my garage door; the updated multimedia system; and so forth. The service department is excellent too. Ian Bray has always been upfront about service items that need to be done but can be held off on if money is a bit tight, and has always been knowledgable about questions I have about features, service schedules, parts, etc... People like John and Ian keep me coming back, for sales and for service, and make it easy to recommend the dealership to anyone looking for a VW More
