Michelle, our sincere apologies for the issues you encountered. We did take the vehicle to auction on July 20, 2017. At the time, we had a mistake in our online inventory, with the vehicle still showing as available. During this same time, another sales staff was also working with a customer to buy the vehicle, not knowing that the online inventory was incorrect. When you called again and spoke with Jim, he was unaware of the situation, also assuming that the vehicle was available. When he was told about the circumstances, he let you know that the vehicle was sold at auction. We apologize for our error in our inventory and causing you to feel that we misrepresented what we had in stock.
