Excellent Dealership with professional employees. We just purchased a new F150 at Wendle Ford. After sending an email request for information we received an immediate after hours response from Cece H We just purchased a new F150 at Wendle Ford. After sending an email request for information we received an immediate after hours response from Cece Hite. We met with Cece the next day and went on a test drive. She amazed us with her depth of knowledge on Ford trucks and went over every detail and feature. Cece arranged to have our trade-in appraised and we had a fair offer from Wendle for our car, as well as prices to consider on three different new trucks. We took all of the information home and reviewed the options and slept on it--all with zero pressure from Cece or anyone else at Wendle. We came in the following day after nailing down the price and settled on a gorgeous F150 Lariat. Kevin Parker arranged a fantastic rate on financing and other details. We had a minor maintenance issue and dealt with Shawn Silver in the service department. Shawn and crew solved the issue quickly and they were very pleasant and professional. I like the fact that Wendle is family owned and the staff has longevity and a tremendous amount of product knowledge. Worst service ever! Bought a Ford Focus new and now has 37,000mi. It has had nothing but problems with the transmission and it's been looked at numerous times and even had the clutch replaced. After all of repair work and headache, it still shudders and has issues shifting. Called my service guy Manny Guerrero numerous times last week and after 24 hours of waiting for him to return my call, he finally called me back. This genius' idea was to "talk with a sales person and trade the car in on a new one". He said the Focus had bad transmissions and that is "why [he] did not buy one" for his kid. Thanks for the great insider information xxxxxxx! Now I'm stuck with a lemon and swendle is doing nothing about it. Sales were great at the time but I have had nothing but issues with service. Manny pawned me off on the service manager the last time I was in and did not disclose hidden fees now being added to "diagnose" a known Ford problem by the dealer and the company. I will never do business with this company ever again nor will I ever buy a Ford. For as long as I can remember, I have heard the term "swendle" but I made the mistake and actually bought from them. Screw you Manny! As a service guy, you should have done more for customer satisfaction, especially since you knew there was a problem. Your advice was irresponsible, condescending and a total cop-out. I spoke to Gus Johndon Ford locally who said "sounds like they are trying the get rid of you". I couldn't agree more. The car is warranted for up to 150,000 mi but SWendle does not want to do the work even though it's under warranty and I bought it from them. Jerry Riddle also never once reached out to me to settle this matter hence I am making it my mission to urge as many people as possible to steer clear of this business. More
