I told Isaac to have a list of the cars I was interested in and made an appointment for the next day at 9;00. When I showed up we went over the list and selected the cars I thought would fit my needs. Out to the lot and looked and made a selection and out for a test drive. After a credit check and a loan application the process of buying was quick and easy. I could not drive it home on Saturday and told him I would be back Monday to pick it up. This gave Wendle time to get the car ready and finish the paper work. On Monday I Told Isaac I was tech impaired and he set up my blue tooth and satellite radio and showed my all of the features and how to operate them. Reassured me he was available to help me anytime I had a question which is nice to know. Finished the paper work and drove home. Overall I would grade my experience with Wendle and Isaac as an "A". Both were very helpful and professional and I would recommend any person to by a vehicle from them. Thanks Wendle and Isaac, I am really enjoying my new Explorer. More

Although a long day, it was a very pleasant experience. Mark Filleman is by far the best auto sales person I have ever had the pleasure to work with. We went in with the instructions to him that we were not interested in a purchase until Nov. and just wanted information on vehicles we were interested in. Mark understood and was willing to work with us to see the different models and options available with never any pressure from Mark. He was so kind and knowledgeable that he suggested a ride in a model we were interested in to see how the options worked and if the ride was as comfortable as we required. After showing us what was presently available and he asked what we may trade in. He took our word for the condition of two vehicles that were not something he could see and worked up a suggested trade in and cost for a vehicle that presently served our requirements. Although we were not intending to purchase a vehicle that time frame, Mark explained everything and how it would benefit us to do something then and get a vehicle off the lot that had all our requirements instead of ordering and waiting. Mark was so pleasant and great to work with and so interested in our satisfaction he called us at home to make sure we were happy and that everything had been done to meet our needs. He has continued to work with us from home on information on other options available. I don't think any sales person can be any better than Mark. More

He carefully listened to my needs and desires and escorted me around the 18 acre lot for well over 2 hours looking for the perfect fit. When we couldn't find it, Mike went online and researched until he found the truck for me. I thought I'd have to wait a week or so before the truck made it's way over from central Washington, but Mike volunteered to drive over on his day off and personally pick it up for me. After he got back, he made sure I understood all the trucks features and even sync'd my iPhone for me. This is exceptional service. I never felt pressured. I never felt confused. Everything from the start to the finish was outstanding. When I'm ready to trade my truck in, my only hope is that Mike still works at Wendle. More
