Keith Zehm was the sales associate we had made an appointment with.. Keith met us with a smile and happily answered all of my questions, drove the model off the show room floor for me to test drive. After driving, I WAS SOLD. Back in the sales room we chatted about the SEL model in comparison to the SHO. Keith was very attentive to my questions and concerns and assured me either model would meet my needs. I choose the SHO, even thought it was not RED.!! I had to leave the car that I chose so that it could be serviced and detailed, I returned to pick up the car 2 days later and was impressed at how the vehicle looked, kudos to the detail team that did the work. I left the dealership and was happy with the vehicle , but within 5 miles I realized that there was a problem as the car almost stalled and began running extremely rough so I returned to the dealership and took the car to Service where I contacted Steve and had to leave the car for them to check. and went out to a friends house to visit. Before I got there Steve called to tell me they had found the problem and it was repaired and I could pick up the car at my convince. Since I got home in Moses Lake the car has preformed admirably and I am pleased with it and the sales and service personnel that I had the pleasure of dealing with. More

Best Car Shopping Experience EVER We had the best car buying experience last week with Wendle Motors in Spokane. David Low, our sales representative, was wonderful to work with. He ans We had the best car buying experience last week with Wendle Motors in Spokane. David Low, our sales representative, was wonderful to work with. He answered all of our questions in a timely manner (via email), was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in, and met with us at Wendle on his day off so we could test drive the vehicle and make our purchase at a time that was convenient for us. After we purchased our vehicle David spent time showing us how the features worked and was available to answer our questions. The finance department was very thorough and helpful, too. The idea of purchasing a vehicle causes us a lot of anxiety because we worry the sales staff will be pushy and that we will not get a fair price. At Wendle, each and every staff person we worked with was friendly and helpful and more concerned with our being happy and comfortable with our purchase than about making a profit. We were also pleased to learn that Wendle has a state of the art service center where we can take our new vehicle for oil changes and even new tires, when the time comes. The prices of their service center are impressive and we aren't worried about being nickeled and dimed and being talked into purchasing unnecessary products, like most oil change facilities do. We highly recommend Wendle Motors to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle, and plan to purchase all of our future vehicles at Wendle. More

Maybe it was because I usually had a hatchback, and carry a lot of stuff, that he saw I was cramped! I had to have another hatchback, SUV, or mini-van, and a very reasonable price. We drove a used Kia Sorrento, which I believe will fit my needs. Although I haven't taken possession of the vehicle yet, (waiting on windshield replacement, sunroof repair, and detailing) Alex and his manager have been very courteous.
