Failure to fullfill I went to Werner Hyundai and got a great salesman (Chris). He sold me a car. They did not have the car. They wrote up the deal and gave me a price an I went to Werner Hyundai and got a great salesman (Chris). He sold me a car. They did not have the car. They wrote up the deal and gave me a price and said if I put a deposit down they would get the car. I gave them a deposit. A week or so later I asked them about the car. They text me the care would be here in about 2 weeks (Feb 1, 2019). On Feb 1, I called and asked about the car again. I was told that I could either pay an extra $800 for the car to get it now, or I could wait till April, or get my deposit back. I told them I wanted the car, for the price on my buy order and I wanted it now which is when it was promised. I ultimately bought the car from Virginia for less. I had to have it shipped to Florida ($600). So, in the end I paid an extra $300 or so dollars. However, I still feel that they breached the agreement. We'll see what the judge thinks! More

From the new massage chairs to the Starbucks coffee and Dunkin’ Donuts, to just lounging around they keep you comfortable and help pass the time working at their computer friendly high top tables over looking the service bay or in front of the flatscreen tv. Came in for a tire repair and the service tech not only got it in quickly but was able to get the tire cost covered by warranty. Really a top notch place! Makes you want to change your mind about the negative perception of dealership mechanics and service! More
