I brought my Mazda CX5 in for an oil change & state inspection as I do each year. I like the fact that Jake in the service center (who worked on my car) sent a video to my phone for me to watch when he inspection as I do each year. I was there almost 2 hours for an inspection...way too long. The service could have been a bit quicker. I was the only person in the waiting area.
