This is the 1st time I’ve encountered an issue with my oil change. The oil light went on the next evening while I ran errands. Werner Mazda’s Service Ctr was quick to respond the following morning. They brought my car back to the Service Ctr and out my car as well as addressed my concerns about the oil plug.!I would have appreciated a video of the entire recheck of my engine. Did they check more than for the attachment of the filter and plug? Can a diagnostic test tell me if my engine was damaged or should be concerned about its longevity? More

I brought my 2019 CX-9 in for an oil leak. It was getting pretty messy on my driveway in the vehicle's regular parking place, and there always seemed to be a drip area where ever I parked the It was getting pretty messy on my driveway in the vehicle's regular parking place, and there always seemed to be a drip area where ever I parked the car. Before coming to the appointment, I had to add a quart of oil. I was quickly greeted and as quickly the service team logged me in. Off to the waiting area I went and within about 30 minutes my CX-9 was done. It was simply a cracked gasket at the drain plug, quickly found and fixed, no charge. This was a service with a smile, in and out in a jiffy. And this getting to the heart of the problem in short order is exactly what I've found with every problem I've encountered. This is why I like bringing my Mazda back to Warner Mazda for service. More
